Stacy was precisely the kind of caregiver I was looking for! I'm in my 30s and was wary of Care.com because it targets a different demographic, but I was in desperate need of surgery transport and decided to take a chance. Stacy's application caught my eye because she was using specifics from the job posting - it wasn't just a generic response. She was easy to communicate with and quickly responded to any updates I had leading up to the surgery. On the day of, there was a time change which she was able to accommodate no problem. I was also pleasantly surprised when I woke up and the nurses said she had already taken care of picking up my post-surgery prescriptions at the pharmacy. That was entirely unexpected but much appreciated. Overall, worrying about who could provide transportation to and from the hospital was the most stressful part of this whole experience, and hiring Stacy alleviated all of that stress. Will absolutely be using her again if needed!
