I have hands on experience working with individuals with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder in both professional caregiving settings and personal life. My niece has autism, and I also currently support residents with autism and similar needs, which has helped me develop patience, strong communication skills, and an understanding of structure and routine. I'm comfortable providing supportive, calm care and adapting to each individual's needs.
