Growing up my mother was a CNA and I was inspired seeing her work with a variety of people. She always had a passion for working with people with special needs, and I saw firsthand the difference that she was able to make in people's lives and the connections she built with all of them . Over the past year I've been working in the home health care field, specializing in the care of individuals with TBI (Traumatic Brain Injuries). Along with cognitive damage, the people I care for also often deal with mobility issues, seizure disorders, mental/emotional disorders brought on by their accidents, and a variety of other struggles. While helping them with all of these things, a lot of my job description is also to help them find joy in their lives! I would love to be able to do the same for your loved one. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and I'm also certified to administer medications and insulin. I'm a non-smoker.
