I have 26+ years caring for my son, who was Autistic & legally blind w/multiple health issues. 4+ years working for Good Neighbors & also employed by Arion Care. Both companies require extensive training along w/ background checks & a level one fingerpint card.. I understand the need for families to have someone they can count on & trust with loved ones who are dependent. Recently, I have worked w alzheimer & dementia clients & good w/hoisting & toileting. I also have experience & training dealing w/negative behaviors & those prone to falls. I do exercises w/a few clients to keep them active. I am a great conversationalist, patient & cheerful. Also, healthy & active with no time restrictions, so I can work any hours & days. I have done & am comfortable with overnight stays & will work 24-48 hour shifts if needed. I am willing to work with special needs children. I am calm under pressure & very organized.
