I have an affinity for children, and have worked in a maternity center providing nurturing care for expectant mothers, new moms and babies. I have been certified as a Postpartum Doula and am in the process of getting my certification as a Birth Doula. I have worked as a mother's helper/nanny for a newborn, as well as children up through high school. Stacy doesn't believe in vaccinations. She didn't disclose this in her interview to look after a newborn baby. Also she misled me regarding her experience with newborns and toddlers. She claimed in her profile and interview that she had worked at a maternity center looking after newborns. However, it turned out she did admin work at that center and really didn't know how to handle small babies. For me the deal breaker was that she didn't believe in being vaccinated around infants and toddlers.
