With three years of experience providing respite care, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation, I'm dedicated to supporting seniors' well-being and independence. I'm also experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular updates via text or phone call, and by following their preferred communication method. I have some college education and maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications, and on going learning on dementia and Alzheimer's.
