Maintenance cleans include: vacuuming furniture/floors/corners, dusting, mopping, mirrors, cleaning of kitchen appliances, polishing stainless steel, making beds, trash, bathrooms. The detailing I rotate in includes baseboards, front of kitchen cabinets, walls, tops of doors, molding, polishing wood and inside window tracks. I can follow a schedule for detailing, but most families like to let me know what areas need love each visit. Most homes take 3-4 hours depending on size and detail needed.
