About Stacey

Welcome to my profile! My name is Stacey. I recently graduated with a B. A. in sociology with a concentration in mental health at California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo. I am now working towards a masters degree in school psychology. My mother owned a daycare facility for almost my whole life so being around children became second nature to me and led me in pursuing a career in the helping profession for children. Throughout my experience with child care, I have gained valuable tutoring experience through both in home support and classroom settings, working with children of various ages and learning styles. I also have experience working with children with special needs in both a classroom and daycare environment, where I learned the importance of patience, adaptability, and individualized support.
