I hold a college degree and create a supportive learning environment, focusing on building confidence and a genuine love for learning. I adapt my teaching by actively listening to students and observing how they engage with new material. By using visual aids, hands-on activities, and open discussions, I ensure my approach suits their needs. I keep students motivated by connecting challenging topics to their interests and celebrating every success. Communication is key! Open dialogue with students and parents builds trust and helps me tailor my approach. I am familiar with Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and student accommodation plans (504). Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment and seeing their confidence blossom is why I love tutoring.
