About Stacey

We were first-time working parents who had been through three highly stressful nanny experiences. We were exhausted, incredibly cautious, and ready to give up on childcare entirely until Stacey walked into our lives. Because I work from home, I am around all day and get to see exactly how things operate. For the past two years, I have watched Stacey be nothing short of spectacular with our daughter. She is an absolute 12/10, and hiring her was the best decision we ever made. Stacey isn’t just providing childcare, she has become a true third partner in raising our daughter. Just as my wife and I bring different strengths to the table as parents, Stacey enriches her life with her own unique element. She reads to her constantly, adapts beautifully to her evolving personality, and is deeply kind and loving. In an era of constant distractions, Stacey is fully engaged and never on her phone. She always defers to us as parents, but she has wonderful instincts of her own that make us feel like a completely unified team. Honestly, in two full years, she hasn't made a single misstep which is a standard my wife and I haven't even met ourselves! Given our past experiences, earning our trust was a monumental task, but Stacey’s judgment and fierce protectiveness put us completely at ease. She has never put her in any kind of bad situation, large or small. She earned our trust so thoroughly that we recently had her start driving her to outside activities—something we thought we would never do in a million years. Now, they go on regular adventures to the local parks, the library, a Museum, and we never worry for a single second. Beyond how much she absolutely adores her, Stacey has been an incredible support system for our entire family. My wife works demanding hours and I sometimes travel for work, and Stacey has always been wonderfully accommodating. Her reliability is simply unmatched: in two full years of full-time work, she has never been late a single time. Even better, while she naps, Stacey proactively helps around the house by doing our laundry, her laundry, and light housekeeping. By taking care of those daily chores, she gives us the incredible gift of spending our precious off-work hours actually enjoying our daughter. The only reason Stacey is looking for a new role is because she is starting preschool this September. Stacey is so much more than a caregiver; she is a deeply loved part of our family now. You would be incredibly lucky to make her part of yours. It's hard to do justice to how great Stacey is. And I'd be happy to talk to anyone considering her. She's incredible.
