About Spencer

Spencer is a Preschool Teacher/Substitute Teacher, with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. He has spent many years as a teacher for every grade, and was a site director for multiple afterschool programs. He helped raise his niece, and is the oldest sibling of three. Personality traits include patience, attention to detail, and a love of reading. Working with kids is rewarding because they are perceptive. Children and students are always examining the world around them in unique ways. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, writing, and playing games (board and video). Skills include explaining tricky subjects, teaching through play, and dissecting schoolwork.
