Hi there! I'm Sophia, a college student majoring in Counseling Psychology, currently taking job offers for babysitting. I have reliable transportation, and flexible hours. I prioritize development, teaching them softskills, to emotionally regulate, encourage exploration, creativity, critical thinking, and so much more, so that they have a foundation to trust as they grow older. I want kids to grow into resilience with the best support available to them while remaining open and curious, because truly, each child is different. I started working with kids in highschool when I was interning as a paraprofessional at Searles Elementary under supervision of the New Haven School District. Compassion, transparency, and trust matters most to me. It's nonnegotiable. I want to help the best I can, so I ask that household rules and guidelines are clearly defined.
