About Sophie

As a girl with a loving grandma struggling with Alzheimer's, I have had the opportunity to help care for her, sit with her, and help around the house as much as I can. I would love to help your family with the same! I have a passion for connecting to people and spreading love and joy. I also love music and art, as a performance major at App State, and I love to provide the arts to seniors in a way that is healing, inspiring, and rewarding. This includes playing the guitar, singing, painting, or just listening to music! While I may need more experience in more logistical areas, I think my passion and enthusiasm for connection and collaboration could be a great asset to your family.
