About Sophie

Hi! I'm Sophie, a student at BC majoring in Applied Psychology and Human Development. I love working with children and am planning to pursue an accelerated nursing degree post-grad, with the goal of working as a nurse in the NICU. I'm from West Roxbury- about 20 minutes outside of Boston. With over six years of experience with kids of all ages (newborn-teens), including babysitting, nannying, working at summer camps, and supporting children with special needs, I bring a strong foundation of both compassion and responsibility. I'm CPR, first aid, and lifeguard certified, as well as trained in seizure response and EpiPen administration. Outside of childcare, I enjoy being outdoors, doing arts and crafts, and staying active. I'm more than happy to help out with household tasks like running errands, driving, cleaning, laundry, and meal prep. I am currently looking for a role on Fridays beginning in August. I am more than open to discussing any other positions too!
