Sophie radiates warmth and kindness from the moment she arrives. My daughter was shy at first, but Sophie was incredibly patient and gentle, giving her the space and time she needed until she felt comfortable. Before long, my daughter had completely warmed up to her, which speaks volumes about Sophie’s natural ability with children. She prepared two excellent meals for the week, cooked with care and attention to detail. She was especially mindful in the kitchen, taking extra precautions when handling raw chicken, thoroughly cleaning surfaces, washing hands, and keeping everything organized and sanitary. She also cleaned up fully afterward without being asked, leaving the kitchen in great shape. Sophie was equally wonderful with our animals. Despite being greeted by nonstop barking from my small white dogs, she remained calm, patient, and kind, never once appearing bothered. She watched my daughter attentively while I worked around the house and did so with genuine care. Overall, Sophie is dependable, thoughtful, and nurturing. She goes above and beyond in both caregiving and household help, and she is truly the kind of person who brings positivity, trust, and warmth into any home.
