Sophie has been such an excellent nanny to our daughter. She is flexible and responsive. She provides a high level of nurturing and care. She started when our daughter was under 3 months old. She also stepped up and took both our kids one day (with basically no notice) when things came up and we needed care for the baby and our 3 year old. Sophie’s communication with us about scheduling was always clear and timely. She also listened to what we wanted and always provided care the way we asked. We will definitely use her again. We only stopped needing her daily because we moved our daughter to a center with her brother at 6 months.
