About Sophie

Hi! My name is Sophie, and I'm a first-year fourth grade teacher in Montgomery County, Maryland. I'm looking for part-time babysitting opportunities and would love to support your family! As a teacher, I'm patient, empathetic, and highly organized. I'm also creative and enjoy planning fun, engaging activities like crafts, outdoor play, games, and reading time. Before becoming a teacher, I worked as a camp counselor and have had several occasional babysitting jobs, so I'm comfortable caring for children of different ages and personalities. Because of my weekday teaching schedule, weekend and date-night babysitting works best for me. I'm happy to provide reliable evening care so parents can enjoy a night out knowing their children are in safe, caring hands. I look forward to connecting with your family!
