About Sophie

Working with kids has always been my passion, and llove creating environments where they feel safe, valued, and free to be themselves. I specialize in caring for children from infancy through age 10, using a mix of play-based, nature-based, and Montessori philosophies. I believe in fostering bodily autonomy, self-expression, and independence, helping kids grow into confident and capable individuals. Beyond childcare, l'm also an EMT, which means safety and well-being are always top priorities for me. I've worked with both children and adults with disabilities, which has given me a deep understanding of the importance of patience, flexibility, and meeting each person where they are. Whether it's exploring the outdoors, engaging in creative play, or simply giving a child the space to express their feelings, I strive to make every interaction meaningful.
