About Sophie

I'm a naturally friendly, creative, and imaginative childcare provider with three years of experience caring for children of all ages. I'm passionate about supporting families and making a positive impact on the lives of children, which is what motivates me to do this work. I have worked in childcare for three years providing care for children ages 6m-10 years old. I am currently student teaching in Delaware and graduating from Ohio Wesleyan University this spring with a bachelors degree in early childhood education. I believe in fostering open and honest communication with parents and always follow their preferred method of communication, whether it be via text or phone call, to provide regular updates on their child's day or any issues that may arise. Regarding household rules, I take my cues from the parents and ensure that the children are following them.
