About Sophie

Helping students fall in love with science is the foundation of my teaching practice. With two years of experience supporting college-level learners in science and study skills, I focus on building critical thinking and problem-solving abilities that last a lifetime. I believe that open communication is essential, so I prioritize regular check-ins. I keep sessions engaging by fostering curiosity through interactive discussions and celebrating every small success along the way. Whether we meet online, at a library, or a local coffee shop, we can work together to build critical thinking skills and a research-driven mindset. I'm currently working full-time as a biochemist, and I'd love to share my passion for duscovery with you!
