About Sophie

My name is Sophie, I'm a 21-year-old Creative Writing student living in NYC (my favorite city!) for a summer publishing internship. I'm the 3rd oldest child of 8 siblings who I have helped care for and look after for almost my whole life. My dream is to be a children's book editor here in NYC. My family has moved 15+ times growing up (all around the US, from California to Georgia to Illinois and more!) and I think I have earned a lot of life experience for someone my age. I love cooking and baking, writing, sewing, and making silly voices when I read out loud. I am available any day or time of the week except for Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am-5 p.m. (my internship is remote and self-paced work on other days that I can do any time of the day).
