About Sophie

I am a junior at Duke with 6+ years of babysitting experience! I offer child care, pet care, and household services. I started babysitting when I was 13 and I've babysat and nannied throughout high school and college for several different families. My responsibilities included bedtime, bath time, cooking, cleaning, and pet care. In the summer, I have taken kids to and from the pool and summer camps. I am studying public policy, but in my free time I am a member of the mock trial team, I am the Kappa Alpha Theta events director, and I love to read! One thing you should know about me is I love coming up with creative ways to keep kids off screens! I love crafts, sports, and board games so I can find a fun screen free activity for any kid. My top three child care skills are patience, activity planning, and tutoring/homework help. I look forward to meeting your family!
