For all of my life, I've had an affinity and passion for working with kids! I was a camp counselor for about 4 years and also spent time being a one-on-one behavioral technician at Kennedy Krieger Institute for children with special needs. In 2022, I graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor's in Psychology, and am currently beginning my master's in Social Work at UMD. Working with kids and families is a huge passion of mine and is something I hope to incorporate into my professional career. As a babysitter, I have been complimented on my patience, attentiveness, and sense of responsibility. We hired Sophie for a few weeks while she was on winter break. She took care of our 10 month old daughter full time and was part time with our 3 year old son. Sophie is one of the sweetest, most patient babysitters we have ever had. My kids absolutely loved her. My 10 month old was teething the entire time Sophie was with us, but Sophie took such good care of her and always had patience for her. Sophie was never late, gave us plenty of notice if she needed to adjust her hours, and was very flexible when I needed to adjust mine. We hope to see Sophie again when she's back in town!!
