About Sophia

Hi! My name is Sophie but I go by my middle name, Wilder. I work at Arlington High School as a paraprofessional during the school year. I've worked in childcare since the age of 14. I have experience nannying, babysitting, working at summer camps, after school programs, and community centers. Between high school and college I took a gap year to work with the AmeriCorps program City Year where I was an assistant English teacher at Delsesto Middle School in Providence RI. I'm friendly, outgoing, creative and engaging. As a babysitter I value the importance of engaging kids in activities without phones, tv or plugging into screens in general, such as outdoor activities, arts and crafts, visiting museums and a variety of non electronic games. Please reach out if you have any questions and are interested in my services.
