About Sophia

Hi! My name is Sophia! I am currently a student at Utah State University but am originally from Colorado! I am a total animal lover and have been rescuing and taking in strays since I was little!! I have fostered multiple litters of puppies, taken care of baby chicks, piglets, birds, rabbits, frogs, fish and all kinds of reptiles! I grew up on a lake and was always saving the animals around as well as having quite a few pets of my own! I have had 2 cats, 2 dogs, rats, guinea pigs, sugar gliders, hamsters, salamanders, and a whole aquarium of fish! I have also taken care of countless family friend's pets! I like working with animals because I love being able to connect and understand each individual animals unique personality and beauty! Being around animals is something I have always found such joy in and couldn't imagine life without them My skills include patience, flexibility and empathy!
