About Sophia

I've had pets my entire life - three cats and four dogs - so caring for animals has always come naturally to me. I currently live with two chocolate labs, one of whom is very high energy, so I'm used to keeping dogs engaged with walks, playtime, and positive structure. Many of the pets I've helped care for have come from rescue organizations and shelters, and I've spent years volunteering at local animal shelters with both cats and dogs. This has given me valuable experience with a wide range of personalities, behaviors, and needs. Whether I'm helping a pet adjust to a new routine or just making sure they feel safe and loved, I aim to create a calm, caring environment. I'm a college student home for the summer with a flexible schedule, which allows me to accommodate a variety of care routines and needs.
