For the past seven years, I've been the primary caregiver for my elderly, blind, and disabled father. My responsibilities range from shopping, meal prepping, and assisting with bathing to providing steady companionship and emotional support. Caring for him has taught me patience, empathy, and how to respond calmly and confidently in sensitive situations.
