I'd describe my personality as energetic, nurturing, and punctual. I like working with kids because I get a front-row seat to their development. It's very rewarding watching them grow into their unique personalities and seeing their individual interests shine through! I'm looking for a job that I am looking prioritizes open communication and safety as much as I do. As well as being a reliable part of a family team! I started working with kids when I was in high school about 6 years ago. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my 3-year-old nephew going on adventures to the park. When I'm not with my nephew I'm usually with my friends or family going on hikes or spending time outdoors. One thing you should know about me is I'm very passionate about early childhood development. My skills include being reliable, organized, creative play, and conflict resolution. Some of my hard skills include having my food handlers card, water safety courses and childhood development courses.
