Hi there, my name is Uma welcome to my Profile: here is a little bit about me. The name on my profile is just my legal name not the name I go by :) I am a Virgo who loves being outdoors in nature, writing, singing, cooking healthy meals and doing yoga. Since my teenage years I have been working with children from diverse age ranges and backgrounds. I have a degree in in Creative writing and I'm trained in First Aid and CPR for children and adults. I have worked professionally with the waldorf school and I like to provide the children in my care with a strong sense of independence, choice and the freedom to be creative and use their imagination. I am a very down to earth, dependable and open hearted person, who loves helping children grow and giving them the space to do so. safely. I am most comfortable caring for 1-2 children at a time.
