My name is Sophia. I'm a compassionate and reliable caregiver with 10+ yrs of caregiving experience, children 0-9yo. I have working experience as a special needs therapeutic caregiver, nanny, homeschool teacher, and tutor. I studied developmental psychology and early childhood education in college. I've worked 5 years with autistic children and teens, working in multidisciplinary care teams of behavior techs, therapists, speech pathologists, and psychiatrists. I have been employed in roles that use floor time therapeutic approach and ABA. I have a calm and approachable demeanor. I find joy in caregiving when I see a child or teen's confidence grow after learning or trying something new.
