About Sophia

Hello! My name is Sophi, and I'm a student and professional babysitter living in Westlake Village! I'm currently pursuing my master's degree in Clinical Psychology and will graduate in 2026, with plans to begin my PsyD immediately after. My lifelong goal is to work with children and families, and childcare has always been a special part of my journey. For the past three years, I've had the joy of caring for two wonderful boys (now 6 and 4 years old) who have truly become like family to me. Before that, I taught at a Pre-school in Malibu for two years, specializing in Reggio Emilia and play-based learning. About me!: I love art, singing, playing the piano, reading stories, beach days, cooking (especially baking!), and spending time outdoors. I often come prepared with a big bag of art supplies, books, and little "treasures" like gems, coins, and small toys to keep our days full of creativity and fun. I'm also a huge animal lover and have a Golden Retriever and two Chihuahuas at home.
