About Sophia

I am a calm, grounded presence with the energy to match the most rambunctious 4-year-old. I love to be outside in nature when possible, and I have an academic streak with a knack for finding the best way to convey ideas and lessons to different types of brains. Childcare was my earliest work experience and spanned over 5 years for 2 families. I'm passionate about helping them grow and focus on fostering curiosity and appreciation for the world around them. Children require thoughtful respect that includes encouraging their explorations while maintaining healthy boundaries for their safety and cultivation. At this phase of life as I consider having kids of my own, I'm seeking a vibrant family in need of childcare once or twice a week.
