About Sophia

I have an advanced level of mathematics knowledge, supported by my studies in civil engineering in Türkiye, which I plan to continue here in the U. S. I'm currently completing the additional documents and certifications needed to provide tutoring, and I'm very excited to start teaching in the U. S. for the first time. I have previous experience tutoring students in mathematics in Türkiye, working with both elementary and high school students. I'm confident in my ability to explain concepts clearly and make learning engaging, whether it's building strong foundations for younger students or preparing older students for exams. My calm and patient nature helps students feel comfortable, while my enthusiasm for teaching inspires them to enjoy the learning process.
