Sophia watched our kids weekly over a period of several months. The kids were immediately taken with her, and her visits quickly became their weekly highlight. We found Sophia to be a keen observer who always had useful insights to share after an evening with our kids (be sure to ask her about the Montessori school she hopes to run one day). Our kids are on the wild side, but she worked hard to find ways of maintaining structure that met all of our goals. Sophia was fully dependable, even in one instance when we needed childcare on a moment's notice due to a family medical emergency. Would definitely hire her again!
