About Sophia

As a caregiver with eight years of experience, I'm passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. My previous babysitting roles have reinforced my desire to positively impact children's lives. I have some college education in early childhood development, and I've completed coursework in early child development. I've also received training in First Aid, CPR, and am a certified teacher. I'm patient, calm, and friendly, which creates a relaxed and welcoming environment for children. I believe in open communication with parents and provide verbal updates at pickup about their child's day and any issues that arose. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children of all ages, from infants to preteens.
