Hi! I have hands-on experience providing senior care, especially for individuals with dementia. I supported a wonderful woman and her family for nearly two years, helping with everything from meals and errands to appointments, light housekeeping, and companionship. I'm someone who shows up consistently, listens closely, and creates a calm and supportive space. I know how important it is for seniors to feel safe, seen, and respected -- especially when family members can't always be there. I'm CPR/AED certified, dependable, and easy to communicate with. Whether you need occasional help or someone to step in while you're at work or out of town, I'm happy to help however I can.
