About Sophia

Hi, Im Sophia! I am 22 years old and have been a CNA/CMA for almost 5 years now. I have been doing child care since I was 11 working through nursery, daycare, and camp settings I have a wide range of child care experience taking care of multiple age ranges starting from 0-3 months ending around 12yrs of age. I also have many special needs experiences including personal experience having a twin sister with Digeorge syndrome. With all of these experiences including my current job title, I have learned many helpful skills that include being able to multitask, having good time management, and thinking on the spot! I love to teach and learn with them and plan fun and exciting activities and going on little adventures and exploring and expanding their imagination and interests. I believe in gentle parenting and giving them the space to show their emotions and give their opinions but also helping them learn about boundaries for themselves but also for other people.
