About Sophia

Hello! My name is Sophia and I moved to the Asheville area almost three years ago to find connection to community and nature. I do part time freelance marketing and spend the rest of my time as a caregiver. I am new to senior care but I am not new to caregiving. I helped care for my grandmother after cancer treatment. She needed help using the restroom, getting in in out of bed, meal preparation and eating. I was honored to help care for her at the end of her life. And I would be honored to do the same for other seniors who need care or championship. I am a novice knitter and crocheter. I love reading and would be more than happy to happy to read out loud while caregiving. I also love to bake and cook and would be more than happy to prepare meals.
