About Sophia

Our family is so grateful for the loving and effective care Sofy provided to my aunt. My aunt is super sweet but can also be quite spicy; she did not want anyone coming into her home and her dementia led her to believe she didn't need help. Sofy, however, won her over (not an easy feat at all) and my aunt quickly came to love Sofy and rely on her. Sofy respected her and was able to gently push back when needed. She's also incredibly proactive and helpful and did quite a lot around the house without us having to ask (changing my aunt's sheets, doing her dishes, running to the store, calling the pharmacy to refill medications, calling xfinity to get a new box when the internet stopped working). She's also very trustworthy and a great communicator and sent us texts every evening after her shift to let us know what she'd done for my aunt, what my aunt ate for dinner and how she was doing. I was so bummed when she decided to move but so incredibly grateful she came into our lives when she did. She is a true gem. Can't recommend her highly enough.
