About Sophia

I'm a 20-year-old college student with a strong background in working with kids and helping them learn in both classroom and one-on-one settings. I've worked as a teacher assistant at an elementary school, where I helped students with reading, writing, and classroom activities. I've also taken a child care class that included educational development and learning strategies for younger students. For almost a year, I was also a church caretaker, helping kids every Sunday and Friday with activities that included basic learning, reading, and creative play. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, so I can help support students who are learning either language or need extra support in bilingual households. I'm patient, encouraging, and always aim to make learning feel fun and stress-free!
