About Sophia

Hi! I'm a senior at the University of Denver and a long-time babysitter, nanny, and professional finder of missing socks. I've worked with kids of all ages, including as a nanny for two wonderful girls - one of whom had Down syndrome - and as a caregiver for a teen with special needs. If patience were a sport, I'd be in the Olympics (probably not gold, but maybe bronze). I'm originally from Minneapolis, MN, but I now that I'm in Denver, I spend my free time doing yoga, cooking dinner with friends, going to live shows, and conducting extremely serious research on the best ice cream in the city. When it comes to childcare, I do my best to get kids away from screens (with the occasional Pixar exception) and into crafts, games, or adventures outside. I'm all about making fun memories while keeping things safe. I have reliable transportation and quite a bit of flexibly this school year.
