About Sophia

Hello! My name is Sophia and I am a NYU graduate with a major in psychology and a minor in child and adolescent mental health studies and am currently pursuing my Master's in counseling. I absolutely love being around kids! I have experience working as a private nanny as well as working in a daycare. I have previously been certified in CPR/First Aid as well as completing infant safe sleep training. My family started fostering children when I was in high school so I have both personal and professional experience working with children of all ages and backgrounds. I am incredibly reliable and responsible and have always had good experiences working with families in the past. I am very good at maintaining structure and safe boundaries with children while also being silly and having fun with them. When I am with children I stay off my phone and they are my focus! I am also conversational in Spanish.
