About Sophia

Making a positive impact on children's lives is what I strive for! For the past 6 years, I've enjoyed supporting families by providing reliable care for children aged newborn to 6 years old. I have also been an assistant teacher at a daycare for the past 2 years working with ages 6 weeks old to 5 years old. I am patient, creative, and approachable. I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I am comfortable caring for up to three children. I can provide verbal updates at pickup, as well as regular text or phone call updates, and I always follow a parent's preferred method of communication. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I have First Aid Training and CPR Training. I also have experience with Early Child Development coursework. I am happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, and travel. I would love to bring my enthusiasm for learning and play to your family!
