About Sonya
I don't have any experience in particular with seniors but mostly with the youth. The agency I currently work for, CCPC, is contracted by the NJ CSC. I've been there for 10+ years. I serve at risk youth by helping them get stabilized through proper assessment, planning and providing necessary services (therapy, behavioral assistance, etc.) and resources that will aid them in reaching their goals. I manage an average caseload of 16 youth and families. I say that to say, caring for humans no matter what age is natural for me and the heart and soul of the service I provide.
