About Sonya

Hello, my name is Sonya. I am 41 and am a mother to 6 children, but my babies aren't babies anymore. I homeschooled my children and was a children's church teacher throughout their childhood (over 15 years). My 15 years of experience has equipped me with the patience and enthusiasm needed to create fun and educational environments to offer the children. I've had a lot of success helping children regulate big emotions. I know how harmful screens can be so I do focus on outings such as: gardening, bird watching, exploring nature/bugs, etc. I'm big on arts and crafts and can even teach piano. I have no problem caring for multiple children and hold current First Aid and CPR Training certifications. I'd love to follow your preferred method for daily updates.
