About Sonja

For nearly three decades, I've dedicated myself to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My goal is to make a positive impact on their lives while providing families with reliable care. I provide respite care, transportation, and personal care, and I am also experienced with hospice services, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I'm comfortable assisting with dementia, medical management, and mobility. I strive to create a comfortable environment and am adept at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I communicate with families through written reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or phone calls. My approach is patient, compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented. I have some college education, CPR training, and First Aid. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I find immense joy in connecting with people and making their days brighter.
