About Sonia

Bringing comfort and support to adults and seniors is my calling. My decade of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide has equipped me to provide compassionate care. I can assist with transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I am patient, empathetic, and adept at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and managing confusion. I communicate with families through daily reports, text, or phone calls, based on their preference. Earning your trust is my priority. I am also CPR and First Aid trained. I find joy in helping others live their best lives, and I hope to bring that same joy to your family.
