From day one, she brought warmth, patience, and a nurturing presence into our home. Whether it was organizing activities, feeding the baby/toddler, or just being there for a comforting hug, she always went above and beyond. She’s incredibly reliable, always on time, and kept open and clear communication with us. What stood out the most was how much she genuinely cared for our family. We never had to worry when the kids were with her. Any family would be lucky to have Sonia. She's truly one of a kind!
