About Sonia

Making a real difference in someone's life is what drives me. For the past 10 years, I've been honored to support adults and seniors, helping them maintain their well-being and independence. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, I provide respite care, live-in care, transportation, and personal care. I'm also experienced with hospice services, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, and mobility assistance. I am patient, compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with grace. I provide regular updates via text or phone call, always respecting a family's preferred communication method. Respecting your loved one's independence is my priority. I have current CPR and First Aid Training. I'm eager to bring my skills and caring nature to your family.
