About Sonia

Hi I am Sonia. Children with their young minds is truly my passion. I completed 20 yrs. in Fallbrook as a Bilingual elementary school teacher, retiring as a T-K teacher. My 10 years of childcare experience, combined with my Teaching experience has equipped me with the skills to create a stimulating and supportive environment for your child. I'm patient, active, creative, and approachable, and I love engaging children with outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities. I am comfortable caring for one/two children. I am also trained in First Aid and CPR, and in 2024 I received my DOULA postpartum Certification. I'm happy to follow your lead on household rules and communication preferences, whether through daily reports or quick chats at pickup. As a retired Bilingual teacher, I'm fluent in English and Spanish. Knowing I can make a positive impact on a child's life brings me immense joy, and I hope to share that joy with your family.
